About Us

Established in 1965, Kian Ann Engineering Pte Ltd is one of the world’s largest independent distributors of heavy machinery, diesel engine and automotive parts for well-established equipment brands. 

Our heavy machinery and diesel engine parts are mainly used for excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, paving machines, agricultural machines and motor graders.  Other than as one of the main stockists, we have expanded our capabilities through Kunshan Kensetsu Buhin Co., Ltd, a reputable manufacturer of undercarriage parts specialises in track rollers, carrier rollers and front idlers.

Kian Ann Group incorporated a Singapore wholly owned subsidiary Modesty Investment Holding Pte Ltd to fully own KTSU America LLC and KTSU Canada Ltd for marketing, distributing undercarriage and repair parts in USA and Canada respectively. Whereas for our automotive parts, through Kian Chue Hwa (Industries) Pte Ltd and its related companies, this division originated in 1976 as a distributor of European commercial and industrial vehicle parts to the Asia-Pacific region. The division specialises in parts for on-highway trucks, trailers, buses, off-highway trucks and industrial engines.

Through its subsidiary Allegiance Automotive Supplies Pte Ltd, Kian Chue Hwa has enhanced its parts distribution capabilities for Japanese, European & Korean passenger vehicles. 

Kian Ann Group has the capacity to service a global customer base in diverse industries ranging from infrastructure development, construction, forestry, agriculture, mining, marine and automotive industries. The Group distributes to over 60 countries covering Southeast Asia, Central Asia, China, Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Africa, Oceania, North and South America.

  • Purchased office and warehouse premise at No. 12 Jalan Lembah Kallang
  • Began importing parts from reputable OEM and replacement parts manufacturer and distributors in Europe and Japan
  • Listed on SGX Mainboard

  • Incorporated Kian Ann Districentre Pte Ltd – a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kian Ann Engineering Pte Ltd
  • Relocated the Group’s distribution and warehousing facilities to a modern, fully integrated complex “Kian Ann Building” comprises four storeys of office space and three storeys of warehousing under one roof
  • Incorporated Kian Ann Engineering Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd – a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kian Ann Engineering Pte Ltd
  • Kian Ann Engineering Trading (Shanghai) Co Ltd purchased an office cum warehouse building in Shanghai, China with a total land area of 5,179 sqm
  • Celebrated our 40th Anniversary
  • Incorporated Kian Chue Hwa (Industries) Pte Ltd, an authorized parts stockist for sales of genuine Mercedes Benz parts and accessories
  • Incorporated PT Haneagle Heavyparts Indonesia as a subsidiary of Kian Ann Group in Indonesia
  • Celebrated our 45th Anniversary
  • Incorporated Kian Ann Investment Pte Ltd – a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kian Ann Engineering Pte Ltd
  • Incorporated PT Allegiance Primaparts Indonesia as a subsidiary of Kian Ann Group in Indonesia
  • Won Runner-Up position under Main Board Small Caps Category for the “Most Transparent Company Award 2012” (SIAS INVESTORS’ CHOICE AWARDS)
  • Privatization through Scheme of Arrangement and consequently a subsidiary of Invicta Holdings Limited, South Africa. A company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange
  • Established A.T. Group Holdings Co. Ltd and A.T. Truck and Bus Parts Co., Ltd as subsidiaries of Kian Ann Group in Thailand

  • Completion of warehouse extension at 7 Changi South Lane, Kian Ann Building
  • Kian Chue Hwa expanded to Myanmar, Allegiance Parts and Service Company Limited
  • Kian Ann Engineering Pte Ltd / Kian Chue Hwa (Industries) Pte Ltd opened Soon Lee branch located in the Western part of Singapore
  • North American Tractor & Excavator Parts Inc became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kian Ann Engineering Pte Ltd
