From strength to strength, Kian Ann has become one of the market leaders in Asia selling into more than 60 countries. We became a public listed company on Singapore Exchange in 1996 and relocated the distribution and warehousing facilities to a modern fully integrated complex “Kian Ann Building” in 1999. While we continued to expand our core business, in 2007, we ventured into parts business for commercial and industrial vehicles by partnering Kian Chue Hwa. Kian Chue Hwa has since grown into a significant parts provider for South East Asia market. The Group now has offices in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Shanghai and England, and is supported by around 350 staff. We were delisted in 2013 from the Singapore Exchange when the Group was acquired by Invicta Holdings Limited, a listed company in Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
