Established in 1965, Kian Ann Engineering Pte Ltd is one of the world's largest independent distributors of heavy machinery parts, diesel engine components and automotive parts for well-established equipment brands.
Kian Ann Engineering Pte Ltd was listed on the Singapore Exchange in 1996 before being acquired and delisted by Invicta Holdings Limited (a company listed in Johannesburg Stock Exchange) in 2013.
We now cater to vital sectors such as infrastructure development, construction, forestry, agriculture, mining, marine, and automotive industries, distributing to over 60 countries across numerous regions including Southeast Asia, Central Asia, China, Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Africa, Oceania, and both North and South America.

Our Automotive Division excels in distributing European commercial and industrial vehicle parts throughout the Asia-Pacific region, catering to on-highway trucks, trailers, buses, off-highway trucks, and industrial engines, plus a full range of parts for Japanese, European, and Korean passenger vehicles.
Meanwhile, the Manufacturing Division is dedicated to producing high-quality undercarriage parts, specializing in track rollers, carrier rollers, and front idlers.
On April 1, 2024, we acquired KMP Holdings Ltd, a UK-based company, as a wholly-owned subsidiary to distribute parts under the KMP Brand. KMP has offices in the United Kingdom, United States, Singapore, and Malaysia.
With our headquarters in Singapore and additional offices in key global locations like China, Japan, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Indonesia, and India, we are strategically positioned to support customers globally.
